Yogurt-Granola-Berry Shake

  • 1 scoop (25g) of whey protein powder
  • 1 cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 4 Tablespoons of flavored yogurt (you pick the flavor you like best, and you can add more if you want.)
  • 6 Ice cubes


You can add a little bit of granola to this, and you can also add some milk if it's too thick when you blend it up. Using skim milk or 2% is a good choice to keep calories down.
